Regulated courses, also referred to as accredited courses, are formally reviewed, recognized, and monitored by relevant authorities to ensure they meet specific criteria and quality standards. Under the Bangladesh National Curriculum Framework 2021, the accreditation requirements for these courses are established by the appropriate regulatory bodies in Bangladesh, such as the Ministry of Education or the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB).

Compliance and Accreditation Process

The accreditation process for regulated courses is overseen by the designated regulatory authorities in Bangladesh. These authorities conduct evaluations both before and after a course is approved and included in the official list of recognized qualifications. To achieve accreditation, course providers must submit their proposed course programs for assessment against the regulatory requirements outlined in the Bangladesh National Curriculum Framework 2021. Providers are also responsible for maintaining the required standards and quality throughout the design, development, and delivery of their courses.
